Supporting Your Child's Mental Health is a workshop built for parents raising a dyslexic child — one that goes beyond the classroom and into the moments that actually keep you up at night. We'll cover what to say when your child tells you "I hate school" or "I'm not smart," how to tell the difference between healthy support and red flags at school, and what it really takes to protect your child's sense of self outside of grades. We'll go deeper on the three things parents ask about most: anxiety, big emotional reactions (including Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), and bullying — with practical, real scripts and strategies you can use straight away. This comes from my own lived experience as a dyslexic person and a mother, not a textbook, and it's built to give you language and clarity, not another thing on your to-do list. You'll get lifetime access to the recording, so you can come back to it whenever you need it. The workshop goes for 90 mins and you have ulimited access to come back as many times as you need.
